Job summary

Randstad Enterprise seeks an MSP Sr. Specialist to implement and deliver a successful managed services program strategy. You will focus on meeting spend, revenue, and profit targets while serving as a SME for non-FTE procurement.

You will lead customer service, strategic implementation, and operational management, while mentoring teams and documenting client requirements to ensure quality and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
• Experience: Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects.
• Executive Presence: Proven experience presenting to C-level executives.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Google Mail, calendaring, and shared drives.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Servicing the talent needs of assigned customers and maintaining a strong customer focus.
• Strategic Implementation: Implementing strategies to capture market share and managing the delivery of products/services to achieve agreed end results.
• Operational Management: Managing budgets, goals, objectives, and delivering processes to achieve service level metrics.
• Leadership: Providing management including people development, team building, and mentoring.
• Documentation: Describing and documenting project or client requirements with a high concern for quality.
