Job summary

Knowledge Services in Phoenix is seeking a Program Delivery Specialist to be the primary KS contact on MSP programs. You will partner with client hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, manage requisitions, vendor coordination, and onboarding while ensuring compliance with MSP rules across all parties.

You will drive customer service, proactive communication, and program reporting, with 1-3+ years MSP staffing experience and a preferred Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of recruiting or staffing industry experience within a staffing agency or MSP environment.
• MSP, Staffing and Recruiting Programs and related solutions experience is highly desired.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• VMS or ATS experience preferred.
• Proactive, organized, accurate and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to forecast and fulfill staffing needs.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and set expectations.
• Understand Knowledge Services MSP program requirements and communicate with vendor partners.
• Review candidate qualifications and coordinate onboarding with clients and vendors.
• Ensure MSP program rules, policies and processes are followed for standardization and compliance.
• Deliver program reporting, metrics, trainings, and client-specific strategy.
• Follow safe work practices and company rules.
