Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is seeking a Neurology Sales Specialist to execute the strategic territory plan in Atlanta, delivering compliant, clinically compelling messaging to physicians, HCPs, and infusion center staff.

You will build strategic relationships with neurologists and clinics, engage KOLs, and drive MS product adoption through biosimilars and infusion therapies while ensuring compliant CRM practices and workflow integration in the field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from an accredited four-year college or university.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience with territory quotas.
• 3+ years direct MS sales experience and familiarity with MS landscape.
• Biosimilars and/or infusion therapy sales experience including buy-and-bill dynamics and specialty networks.
• Experience calling on neurologists and neurology center personnel within the territory.
• Proven top-tier sales performance and quota attainment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, consultative selling, analytics, and strategic account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop strategic relationships with targeted healthcare providers, clinics, and health systems to expand product reach and access.
• Identify key influencers and opinion leaders (KOLs), maintaining account coverage and achieving call frequency targets and reach metrics for priority accounts.
• Engage in consultative, evidence-based dialogue covering disease state education, therapeutic differentiation, and workflow considerations.
• Develop and execute data-driven territory plans by analyzing sales analytics, prescribing trends, and competitive dynamics to meet and exceed goals.
• Navigate specialty distribution channels and collaborate with practice managers, specialty pharmacies, and office staff to support product administration and access.
• Maintain CRM records, customer call reports, and sample tracking in accordance with policies and regulatory standards.
