Job summary

Maxonic seeks an Ofiice365 IT Support Engineer/Helpdesk/Sharepoint to join our onsite team in Fremont, CA. You will handle MS365 suite, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams and Outlook support, along with Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.

Responsibilities include ticket management, collaboration with IT groups, and providing training and documentation to staff. This role requires customer-focused, problem-solving IT professionals with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years in a corporate IT help desk/service desk role.
• Experience or knowledge with Mac and Windows management in an enterprise environment using Active Directory, Group Policy, Office 365, and Atlassian Suite (JIRA Service Desk, JIRA Software, Confluence).
• Experience using remote support tools: Team Viewer, RDP, or equivalent tools.
• Experience with ITIL processes, documentation, change management, and work prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Support Apple, Linux and Windows environments.
• Support mobile computing environments.
• Support a wide range of technologies including printers, VoIP, copiers, AV collaboration systems, robotics devices, scanners, open source software.
• Assist in managing Service Desk ticket queues and prioritizing responses.
