Job summary

Quantum World Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer with hands-on expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and end-user technical support.

You will troubleshoot SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and general IT issues, handling incident documentation and ticketing with ServiceNow. The role focuses on resolving site access, permissions, document libraries, and collaboration tool problems, while supporting end users across Windows devices and Office apps.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and troubleshooting user issues.
• Knowledge of SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with SharePoint permissions, document libraries, lists, and file sharing.
• Knowledge of OneDrive, Teams, Windows 10/11, and desktop support.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or similar platforms.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end users for hardware, software, and application-related issues.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft SharePoint issues, including site access, permissions, document libraries, file sharing, and synchronization.
• Support SharePoint Online, site collections, lists, libraries, and page-related issues.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, OneDrive, and other Office applications.
• Resolve Windows OS, laptop, desktop, printer, VPN, and network connectivity issues.
• Create, update, and resolve incidents and service requests using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
• Assist users with account access, permissions, and basic Active Directory issues.
• Document troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate incident records.
