Job summary
System One is hiring a SharePoint Admin with Microsoft 365 collaboration experience to support daily operations, stability, and continuous improvement of enterprise collaboration platforms. You will focus on Microsoft 365 technologies, L3 support, incident/problem management, and production deployments.
The role requires hands-on experience with Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Exchange Online, plus ServiceNow or similar ITSM.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Microsoft 365 engineering experience.
Responsibilities
- Support daily operations and stability of Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
- Provide advanced L3 operational support and troubleshooting.
- Support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, and Office applications.
- Manage escalations, incidents, problems, and service requests.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive issues through resolution.
- Monitor platform health, performance metrics, alerts, and operational dashboards.
- Support production deployments, changes, and release activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
- Analyze trends and prepare operational reports.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, support, and business teams.
