Toledo Tool & Die Company is seeking an MRO Inventory Specialist at our Bennett Road facility to ensure maintenance and production teams have critical spare parts when needed. You will manage on-site spares, control min/max levels, schedule replenishment, and coordinate with the Rivian Purchasing Team to guarantee timely stock availability.

The role emphasizes accurate inventory, strong communication with maintenance and purchasing, and adherence to safety standards.

Competenze

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and consistent attendance are expected.
• Willingness to learn and safety-minded approach are essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associates coursework in supply chain is a plus.
• Experience with Excel and basic CMMS/ERP familiarity is preferred.

Mansioni

• Attend the onsite South Weld spares cage on a set schedule.
• Control spares inventory and maintain established min/max levels.
• Issue required spares to support production and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Operations and Skilled Trades on spares demand.
• Schedule replenishment based on lead times and usage.
• Coordinate with Rivian Purchasing to ensure timely replenishment.
• Escalate shortages or delivery risks to avoid production impact.
