Job summary

USA Rare Earth, Inc. seeks a senior MRO Inventory Manager to own maintenance inventory, materials planning, and CMMS/EAM data management across the site.

You will ensure reliable spare parts availability and support maintenance execution while controlling inventory spend. You will partner with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize reliability, maintain data accuracy, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in maintenance inventory, supply chain, planning, or related area.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems such as SAP PM, Maximo, Maintenance Connection, Limble, or Fiix.
• Strong inventory management, procurement experience, and data accuracy skills.
• Proven ability to analyze data, optimize spares availability and costs.

Responsibilities

• Own the site-wide MRO inventory management program and reorder strategies.
• Analyze usage trends and optimize stocking levels for critical spares.
• Maintain BOMs and spare parts lists in collaboration with engineering and maintenance.
• Ensure 5S and visual management in spare parts storage areas.
• Identify material requirements for planned work and coordinate readiness.
• Develop and maintain maintenance kits for scheduled work.
• Coordinate labor and materials with planners and supervisors.
• Support shutdowns, outages, and capital projects with material planning.
