Job summary

USA Rare Earth, LLC is seeking an MRO Inventory Manager to own maintenance inventory, materials planning, CMMS/EAM data management, and maintenance support processes. This role ensures critical spare parts, consumables, tools, and maintenance resources are available to support equipment reliability, planned maintenance, and uptime.

The position partners with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize maintenance effectiveness while controlling inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in maintenance inventory or related field.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems (e.g., SAP PM, Maximo, Fiix).
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of MRO inventory, procurement, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Own the site-wide MRO inventory management program and cycle counts.
• Analyze usage trends and set stocking levels for critical parts.
• Maintain BOMs and spare parts lists with optimization opportunities.
• Ensure storage areas meet 5S and visual standards.
• Coordinate materials readiness for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Support shutdowns, outages, and capital projects with planning.
• Serve as CMMS/EAM administrator for inventory functions.
• Develop reports and dashboards for maintenance performance.
• Manage procurement activities and supplier relationships.
