• Experience in purchasing, receiving, inventory control, stockroom operations and supplier coordination.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate records and transactions.
• Ability to prioritize urgent material requirements while managing routine replenishment and other responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Process requisitions and purchase orders for materials, goods, and services.
• Order parts and supplies for urgent and planned maintenance.
• Evaluate supplier quotes and coordinate pricing, lead times and delivery expectations.
• Coordinate with vendors and Tolmar Legal on MSAs and SOWs.
• Ensure MRP-generated orders are accurate and resolve discrepancies.
• Track open orders and expedite critical items; verify receipts against POs.
