Job summary

Rehrig Pacific in Atlanta, GA is seeking an MRO Specialist focused on stocking critical spare parts and NSP items, collaborating with reliability and maintenance teams to ensure readiness for upcoming work. You will manage inventory, purchase replacements, maintain CMMS records, and drive proactive kitting and safe work planning, with an emphasis on accuracy, cost control, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (any course of study).
• ERP experience preferably JDE.
• CMMS experience in planning and scheduling.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and advance level of excel: Macros, Reports, formulas, conditional formatting.
• Previous maintenance experience as a technician, preferred.
• Knowledge on mechanical and electrical components, preferred.
• Previous experience at a manufacturing facility, especially in purchasing, materials, inventory or scheduling, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, elevate, and promote systematic stocking of critical spare parts and frequently used items.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of critical spares and NSP items.
• Follow the purchasing process to seek replacement when items are utilized.
• Create organized storage for spares and goods following CMMS labeling standards.
• Ensure OEM best practices for storage are followed.
• Drive part/tool kitting for planned work and proactive repair.
• Audit and improve maintenance and mold team techniques.
• Promote work-order based maintenance and maintain vendor contacts.
