Rehrig Pacific in Georgia is seeking an MRO Specialist to focus on stocking critical spare parts and frequently used items at the Lawrenceville facility, aligning with reliability teams to keep day-to-day maintenance on track.

You will collaborate with SMEs to determine critical components, manage NSP and inventory, and follow purchasing processes to replace items while driving accuracy in CMMS and spare parts kitting for planned work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• ERP experience, preferably JDE.
• CMMS experience in planning and scheduling.
• Advanced Excel (Macros, reports, formulas).
• Maintenance experience as technician (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Define critical spares and stocking levels with SMEs using asset criticality.
• Maintain accurate inventory of critical spares and NSP items.
• Follow purchasing processes to replace items and manage supplier contacts.
• Cradle-to-grave purchasing to support Production, Reliability, and Engineering.
• Ensure CMMS labeling and inventory accuracy; audit cycle counts.
• Plan parts, tools, and supplies for scheduled jobs; develop proactive repair kitting.
• Drive work-order based maintenance and maintain vendor contacts; ensure CMMS feedback.
• Develop knowledge of mechanical and electrical components; support safety culture.
