Job summary

RS Integrated Supply is seeking a Site Manager III to oversee indirect material purchases and storeroom operations for multiple client locations. You will manage procurement, inventory levels, and data integrity within RS systems, while driving cost savings and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, enforcing safety SOPs, and delivering routine reporting. Strong experience in purchasing, CMMS, and budgeting is required, with a focus on leadership and process improvement.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of purchasing experience for MRO commodities such as electrical, filters, PVF, and related items.
• Experience supervising and coaching staff.
• Proficiency in procurement or CMMS software.
• Experience in supply chain management and sourcing.
• Experience with inventory control, receiving, and shipping processes.
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting and/or P&L oversight.
• Excellent PC skills with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site MRO and storeroom operations for multiple client locations.
• Supervise daily activities of direct reports; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Meet cost savings targets and document additional savings opportunities.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and manage vendor interactions.
• Handle purchasing, distribution, and data integrity in RS systems.
• Prepare monthly reports and analyze variances to drive improvements.
• Recruit and train staff; schedule workloads and manage time off.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed and staff receive required training.
