RS is seeking a Site Ops Manager II to oversee procurement of indirect materials and manage daily storeroom operations, including MRO logistics, inventory, and distribution. You will monitor spend ($5M–$10M) and drive cost savings while maintaining data integrity in the CMMS system.

The role requires leadership of direct reports, safety compliance, and collaboration with clients to meet business goals. 40-hour work weeks with standard daytime hours.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of experience in purchasing and managing MRO commodities.
• Experience supervising staff and coaching teams.
• Proficiency with Procurement or CMMS software.
• Knowledge of supply chain management and sourcing.
• Experience with inventory control, receiving, and shipping.
• Experience with financial reporting and budgeting.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.

• Oversee procurement of indirect material inventory ($5M–$10M spend).
• Supervise storeroom operations, MRO logistics, and receiving.
• Manage and coach staff; ensure training and SOP adherence.
• Drive cost savings and optimize inventory methods.
• Maintain client relationships and resolve delivery issues.
• Execute purchasing across distribution with data integrity in ERP/CMMS.
• Coordinate with senior management on plans and priorities.
• Prepare routine reports and initiate process improvements.
• Develop vendor relationships and explore outside savings.
