Job summary

RS Integrated Supply is seeking a Site Operations/Procurement Manager to oversee daily MRO storeroom operations, set optimal inventory levels, and analyze spend for cost savings. This role collaborates with client teams, negotiates with suppliers, and ensures on-time delivery.

You will drive customer satisfaction through strong relationships, manage reporting per the contract, and lead initiatives for process improvements, safety, and environmental compliance within the RS program.

Qualifications

• 3+ years purchasing and managing MRO items.
• 3+ years supervising staff and onsite leadership.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt.
• Ability to stay professional under pressure.
• Experience with OEM vendors.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Proficiency with procurement systems (CMMS/EAM).
• Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and/or P&L.
• Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of MRO and storeroom operations.
• Ensure safety rules are observed and reported.
• Learn client contract essentials and ensure compliance.
• Manage client relationships and advise on business processes.
• Procure cost-effectively and maintain data integrity in SYNC.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic plans.
• Monitor inventory with Lead Inventory Specialist; build levels.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports and drive improvements.
• Coordinate with Billing/Finance on invoicing and AR.
• Develop knowledge of the client business to enhance offerings.
