Job summary

ASR Group is seeking a Materials Management Supervisor- MRO to oversee site inventory, MRO movements, and ERP/MRP processes at the Crockett, CA facility. You will lead a team, coordinate with Procurement, Operations and Planning, and drive inventory accuracy across the plant.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years in fulfillment or inventory roles with ERP experience; SAP knowledge is preferred and supervisory experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university plus 3-5 years of work experience in a progressively responsible fulfillment, inventory, or production planning role
• At least 1 year of experience utilizing an ERP system in a supply chain/fulfilment capacity
• Degree major in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience using SAP material requirements planning is highly preferred
• Supervisory experience is highly preferred
• Knowledge of process improvement and future fulfillment strategies is preferred

Responsibilities

• Regulates MRO inventory in order to meet plant needs, shutdowns, projects, and repairs
• Coordinates movements of inventory and controls receipts, transfers, and consumptions
• Ensures posting of goods movements and accuracy of inventory records
• Leads on-site team and coordinates with outside locations for inventory optimization
• Maintains safety and operational standards and develops SOPs
• Participates in regional and global supply chain improvement projects
