Job summary

ASR Group is seeking a Materials Management Supervisor- MRO to oversee inventory, stock movements, and ERP/MRP settings at our California site. You will lead a 3–10 person on-site team, coordinating with Procurement, Operations and Planning to implement inventory strategies that support plants, shutdowns and major projects.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 3–5 years in fulfillment or production planning and ERP experience (SAP preferred).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3-5 years in fulfillment, inventory, or production planning.
• ERP system experience in supply chain/fulfillment.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred; SAP experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regulates MRO inventory to meet plant needs, shutdowns and repairs.
• Lead and coach a 3-10 person team on-site.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations and Planning at plant level.
• Ensure goods movements and inventory accuracy; perform cycle counts.
