Job summary

Intermountain Health McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah seeks an MRI Technologist to perform diagnostic MRI exams within a fast-paced clinical setting. The position features a 7 on‑7 off graveyard schedule (8 pm–6 am) and requires ARRT MR or ARMRIT, with BLS and IV competency.

You will work closely with radiologists and care teams to ensure accurate, high-quality imaging. Qualified candidates may receive a sign-on bonus up to $7,500 and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• ARRT(MR) or ARMRIT or ARRT(R) MR cross-trained in MRI
• BLS certification for healthcare providers
• IV competency within 30 days of hire
• Proficiency across MRI specialties as applicable

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic MRI exams per protocol with high-quality imaging
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during MRI procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and QC documentation
• Instruct and assist other MRI staff and students
• Adhere to infection control and radiation safety guidelines
