Job summary

Intermountain Health McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, UT is hiring an MRI Technologist for a graveyard shift (8pm–6am) on a 7 on/7 off schedule. The role performs diagnostic MRI exams, collaborates with radiologists and staff, and adheres to safety guidelines.

Highly detailed imaging, patient care, and rapid problem solving are essential, with sign-on bonus up to $7,500 and relocation assistance where applicable.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR or ARMRIT cross-trained in MRI and BLS certified.
• IV competency within 30 days of hire.
• Preferred: 1–2 years MRI experience and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintains ARRT/ARMRIT MRI competency in clinical and technical functions.
• Prepares patients, verifies orders, and ensures exam readiness.
• Performs MRI exams with quality imaging and safety protocols.
• Instructs staff and students on protocols and positioning.
• Keeps accurate patient records and reports equipment issues.
