Qualifications

• MRI registry must be obtained within 1 year of hire.
• Graduate of ARRT-recognized Radiologic or Nuclear Medicine Technology program.
• Active ARRT MRI registry eligibility or ARMRIT program required.

Responsibilities

• Examine requests and verify orders with the radiologist before exams.
• Identify patients and prepare them with explanations of procedures.
• Interview patients and review medical history in EMR for pertinent data.
• Perform MRI scanning and assist physicians during procedures.
