Job summary

Northwell Health seeks an MRI technologist to coordinate and oversee daily MRI operations and provide high-quality imaging services. You will perform MRI procedures and administer contrast as required, following hospital policies and QA/QI controls.

Requires ARRT (R) and MR certification, NYSDOH license, and 3–5 years of GE MRI experience. This role is based in the Poughkeepsie area within Northwell Health facilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited program in radiologic technology.
• 3–5 years experience with GE MRI unit platform (HD/HDXT/450W/750).
• ARRT (R) and/or MR certification; NYSDOH license; basic life support/injection certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily technical MRI operations under imaging director.
• Provide MRI diagnostic imaging and/or interventional procedures with contrast in accordance with policies.
