Northwell Health in Danbury is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform high-quality diagnostic MRI procedures to support physicians in patient care. The role requires 3 years of MRI experience and a background in ultrasound or CT imaging, with ARRT credential and radiographer certification preferred.

The schedule is 40 hours per week, day/evening shifts, with on-call responsibilities and shift differentials. Benefited environment and opportunities for cross-training in related modalities.

Qualifications

• MRI experience required; 3 years preferred.
• Background in ultrasound or CT imaging is helpful.
• ARRT credential and radiographer certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provides optimum patient care.
• Operates MRI equipment safely and correctly.
• Performs and records daily QA.
• Develops skills in contrast administration.
• Cross trained in another modality.
• Fulfills all compliance responsibilities related to the position.
