Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an AMA approved school of Radiologic Technology with MRI training.
• 1 year experience required.
• ARRT (R) license.
• ARRT (MR) preferred.
• NYS DOH IV Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI exams following modality-specific protocols for high-quality images.
• Maintains and operates modality equipment and ancillary devices.
• Manages contrast administration when required and documents patient data.
• Ensures patient safety, comfort, and monitoring during procedures.
• Maintains QA/QC processes and confirms equipment operates per guidelines.
• Collaborates with radiologists and imaging staff to optimize patient care.
