Atlantic Health Hackettstown Medical Center is seeking an MRI technologist to perform MRI imaging for diagnostic purposes. You will position patients, select coils, operate MRI equipment, and maintain safety protocols throughout exams.

You will monitor patients, enter data, adjust scan sequences, and verify image quality, collaborating closely with radiologists and the imaging team to ensure accurate and timely results.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Radiography or related field.
• MR Certification required; BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Position patients and prepare coils per Radiologist instructions.
• Demonstrate use of communication microphone with patient and technologist.
• Enter patient data and scan parameters into the imaging system.
• Set scan sequences and adjust transmitter/receiver settings.
• Monitor patient safety and comfort from control room; view images for quality.
• Capture and label images; ensure accurate data entry.
• Warn staff about magnet safety regarding metal objects.
• Ensure high-quality cross-sectional MRI images.
