Job summary

Intermountain Health McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, UT seeks an MRI Technologist for a 7 on/7 off graveyard CT/MRI role. You will perform diagnostic MRI exams, ensure image quality, and follow safety protocols, working with radiologists and clinicians. Sign-on bonus up to $7,500 and relocation assistance may be available. Hours are 8pm–6am.

Ideal candidates will hold ARRT MR or ARMRIT, BLS, and IV competency within 30 days. 1–2 years MRI experience preferred; bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• ARRT MR or ARMRIT cross-trained in MRI.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• IV Competency within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency in 3 of MRI areas or related specialties as 80% of workload.
• Must complete at least five cases per specialty with pass off by lead MRI tech.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT/ARRT MR or ARMRIT competency.
• Ensure patient ID, order verification, and exam prep.
• Perform exams per protocol and review image quality.
