Job summary

UF Health is seeking an MRI Technologist to join our Radiology team in The Villages, FL. You will conduct MRI scans and ensure high-quality patient care while working in cooperation with radiologists and staff.

• Graduate of an MRI accredited program or radiology program.
• ARRT(MR) or ARRMIT certification required within 1 year of hire; or if FL license not held.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.]

Overview

Under the direction of the Manager and in association with the radiologists, the MRI technologist conducts themselves in a professional manner, responding to patient needs and supporting their colleagues and associates in providing quality patient care. The technologist performs services in accordance to an accepted standard of practice. The MRI technologist must be able to work independently in that department.

Qualifications
