Job summary

Health Wealth Safe in Boston is seeking an MRI Technologist to perform routine MRI procedures, ensuring patient safety and adherence to quality standards. The role involves patient assessment, care planning, and clear explanations of procedures to patients and families.

The candidate will evaluate exam requisitions, abstract patient data, and determine the appropriateness of MRI procedures based on diagnosis, while maintaining a supportive environment for patients.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Allied Health; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Preferred: Current MA Radiologic Technologist license for MRI.
  • Successfully maintains ARRT certification and BLS certification.
  • Eligible for MRI registry with ARRT, to be completed within 18 months of hire.
