Eagan Orthopedic Surgery Center is seeking a part-time Patient Services Representative – MRI in Edina, MN. You will handle patient registration, check-in, insurance details, and coordination of prior authorizations for imaging services.

The position runs 0.3 FTE, with hours Monday/Wednesday/Friday 4:00 PM–8:00 PM at our Edina Crosstown MRI location. Prior authorization experience is highly valued, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience required.
• Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred.
• Insurance prior authorization experience strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments and insurance information.
• Verify and document insurance information.
• Schedule new and existing patients in the practice management system.
• Communicate appointment details, directions, and copay information.
• Verify active insurance coverage for imaging and benefits.
• Initiate and follow up on prior authorization requests.
