Job summary

Twin Cities Orthopedics is seeking a Patient Services Representative – MRI to support patient registration, check-in, and clinical coordination in our Stillwater and Woodbury MRI departments. The role includes coordinating prior authorizations to ensure imaging coverage and benefits, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:15 AM to 5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred.
• Insurance prior authorization experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients; collect co-payments, pre-payments, insurance information, and photo ID.
• Verify and document insurance information as defined by current practices.
• Schedule patients in the practice management system.
• Communicate appointment information, directions, and copayments to patients.
• Verify active insurance coverage and benefits for imaging.
• Initiate and follow up on prior authorization requests.
