Job summary

iHealth is seeking a Patient Services Representative - MRI to manage patient registration and check-in, verify insurance, and support prior authorization for imaging. This full-time role operates Monday–Friday, in Brooklyn Park & Plymouth MRI locations, with a 7:30 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM shift.

Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating insurance details, and communicating with patients and care teams.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required.
• Administrative or Medical Office experience preferred.
• Insurance prior authorization experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and collect co-pays and insurance information.
• Verify insurance information per current practices.
• Schedule patients accurately in the practice management system.
• Communicate appointment details, directions, and copays to patients.
• Initiate and follow up on prior authorization for imaging services.
