Job summary

Twin Cities Orthopedics is seeking a part-time MRI Technologist to cover Edina/Eden Prairie. The role includes performing MRI scans, preparing patients, and ensuring safety near the magnet. Hours typical 5:30 AM–1:30 PM or 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with weekend coverage once a month.

Potential to grow to 1.0 FTE. Great benefits and sign-on available. ARRT or ARMRIT certification or 1 year MRI experience is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT or ARMRIT approved program.
• ARRT Certification Magnetic Resonance, ARMRIT Certified, or a minimum of 1 year of full time experience in an MRI department required.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures near the superconducting magnet for physicians' use.
• Inform and prepare patients for procedures including researching implanted devices.
• Maintain patient files and related films.
• Prepare, clean and stock the work area with supplies.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair.
