Job summary

Tempus AI is seeking a Regional Sales Director for MRD to lead a multi-state sales team across Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama and Louisiana. You will design regional business plans, hire and develop Clinical Account Executives, and drive revenue growth for MRD testing with direct accountability for results.

The role requires deep diagnostic, oncology, and payor knowledge, expert stakeholder management, and the ability to travel up to 50% to partner with academic medical centers and health

Responsibilities

• Achieve MRD regional sales objectives and manage expenses.
• Develop regional and territory business plans.
• Direct execution of sales strategies and marketing plans.
• Develop and maintain key customer relationships with target audiences.
• Plan and conduct regional sales meetings and training.
• Evaluate performance of MRD Clinical Account Executives.
• Maintain product and market knowledge.
• Identify contracting opportunities with academic medical centers and health systems.
• Oversee Tempus CRM in the defined region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to maximize outcomes.
