Job summary

Aviso, LLC is seeking a Quality Control/Nonconforming Material Specialist to manage MRB locations, identify nonconforming items, and ensure traceability within the QMS. The role balances cross‑functional collaboration with independent work to organize inventory and document quality actions.

You will process NCMR dispositions, record transactions in QAD, perform cycle counts, and maintain quality documentation while adhering to ISO 13485 standards and EHS policies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related industry experience.
• Basic working knowledge of ISO 13485:2016 standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and revision.
• Demonstrated ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Written and verbal communication skills for routine correspondence.
• Ability to understand and execute instructions from written or spoken formats.

Responsibilities

• Organize MRB locations to maintain accurate item placement.
• Ensure MRB items are identified as nonconforming per procedures.
• Complete material transactions following NCMR dispositions.
• Initiate material transfers, report quality issues, and record in QAD.
• Process dispositioned materials (return to supplier, scrap, release).
• Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory records.
• Maintain quality files and reports per company procedures.
• Maintain active training status and comply with QMS and regulatory requirements.
• Adhere to Quality and EHS policies.
