Qualifications

• Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a technical or business school.
• Three to five years related experience and/or training in manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiar with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of nonconforming material under the guidance of the Quality Manager.
• Perform quality review and disposition of non-conforming material and generate reports.
• Process systems and physical inventory of non-conforming material.
• Generate sketches of dimensional non-conforming material.
• Maintain the MRB spreadsheet with accurate data.
• Conduct scrap walk (non-conforming materials review).
• Process, investigate and disposition RMAs (customer returns).
• Interface, investigate and complete both internal and external corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance to SFC and customer quality system requirements.
