Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, is seeking a skilled MRB Coordinator to manage nonconforming material through the MRB process and drive timely dispositions in collaboration with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain. The role focuses on maintaining MRB queues and ensuring proper documentation before closure.

The level 3 position requires strong experience in aerospace quality, AS9100 knowledge, and the ability to obtain a US security clearance, with opportunities to impact material

Qualifications

• 4+ years in aerospace/quality environments
• Working knowledge of AS9100 and nonconforming material control
• Experience with ERP/QMS/MES systems; ability to obtain US security clearance

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage open MRB nonconformances and aging items
• Lead MRB meetings with cross-functional teams to review status and ownership
• Drive dispositions to closure and follow up with owners
• Route nonconformances to appropriate reviewer or organization for technical review
• Verify records are complete with problem descriptions, part info, and attachments
• Coordinate containment and material status with Receiving Inspection and Quality Engineering
• Maintain MRB status, aging, actions, and closure metrics for leadership updates
• Support audits and continuous improvement of MRB processes
• Other duties as assigned
