Job summary

Millennium Space Systems is seeking an MRB Coordinator to manage the Material Review Board process, coordinating with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Receiving Inspection to remove roadblocks and maintain material flow. The role focuses on disposition, documentation, and closure of nonconforming material.

The position, titled Supplier Reliability Specialist at levels 3, requires coordinating MRB activities, ensuring accurate records, and driving continuous improvement across MRB

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Receiving Inspection, Quality Manufacturing, or related aerospace/manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of AS9100 and control of nonconforming material.
• Experience with ERP, QMS, MES, or electronic nonconformance management systems.
• Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage open MRB nonconformances, aging and production-impacting items.
• Lead recurring MRB meetings with cross-functional teams to review status and assign ownership.
• Drive nonconformances toward timely disposition and closure with responsible owners.
• Reassign MRB items for technical review or additional ownership as needed.
• Verify records are complete with problem descriptions, part/lot info, and documentation.
