Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Aerospace/Automotive Quality Engineer (MRB) to evaluate non-conforming hardware and perform analyses for MRB disposition. You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to ensure resolutions comply with regulatory and customer requirements.

The role involves advancing through MRB authority, handling increasingly complex NCRs, and supporting a long-term MRB program with multi-year funding in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5-7 years of engineering or manufacturing support experience.
• Demonstrated progression toward MRB Authority.
• U.S. Person eligible to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate non-conforming hardware and develop disposition recommendations for MRB activities.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to resolve non-conformances.
• Progressively assume responsibility for increasingly complex NCRs while advancing MRB authority.
