Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking a Mechanical Review Board Design Engineer to support an Air Dominance production team in Grand Prairie, TX.

You will identify and resolve production issues with cross-functional teams under time pressure. Responsibilities include MRB reviews of non-conforming hardware, root cause analysis, coordinating with Mechanical, Quality and Manufacturing, and reporting status to leadership.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
• 2+ years experience with GD&T per ASME Y14.5 and tolerance analysis.
• 2+ years Creo design software experience.
• 2+ years root cause and corrective action experience.
• 2+ years reading engineering drawings and specs.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in MRB process, reviewing non-conforming hardware and identifying root causes.
• Coordinate across Mechanical, Quality and Manufacturing teams.
• Support weekly status meetings with leadership; report progress.
• Lead investigative efforts and communicate findings to interdisciplinary teams.
