Job summary

Bell Textron Inc. is seeking an MRB Engineer to evaluate and disposition discrepant drive system components on the factory floor and during procurement.

You will lead technical discussions, review repair capabilities, and ensure MRB documents are followed for critical flight‑safety parts. The role requires collaboration with drive system design, fatigue, and manufacturing, with responsibilities including planning review, repair dispositions, and participation in corrective action teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering or relevant field is required.

Responsibilities

• Disposit non-conforming drive system components including repairs design (e.g., bushings/sleeves/liners).
• Lead MRB discussions with engineering and production to disposition defects.
• Support fabrication planning and provide repair dispositions for Controlled Items.
• Contribute to root cause corrective action teams with suppliers and internal groups.
• Provide cross-functional engineering support to manufacturing and program development.
