Textron's Bell Drive Systems Center in Grand Prairie, TX is seeking a Material Review Board Engineer to evaluate discrepant parts, disposition, and repair planning on the production floor. The engineer will coordinate with cross-functional teams to assess part conditions and approve repair approaches for flight-critical components.

The role requires 5+ years in aerospace manufacturing, strong GD&T and blueprints skills, and experience with MRB processes.

Qualifications

• MRB coordination and disposition of nonconforming drive-system components.
• Experience with aerospace or automotive manufacturing processes for machined metallic parts.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering specifications and apply GD&T requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis for fabrication issues on the production floor.

Responsabilités

• Dispositions nonconforming drive-system components and designs original repairs based on fit/form/function.
• Lead planning reviews and provide repair dispositions for controlled items.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and suppliers to assess part conditions and repair feasibility.
