Job summary

Clear Vision Business Services is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to drive growth in our Moving and Relocation services. You will respond to inquiries, build relationships, and convert prospects into customers.

The role requires strong retail sales knowledge, excellent communication, and the ability to use CRM tools to track activities. This in-person position offers a commission-based earnings model and opportunities to join industry events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional sales experience (commission-based)
• Inside sales experience in pet care is advantageous but not required
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Strong understanding of retail sales principles and practices

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals within designated territories.
• Engage in cold calling to generate new referral sources and convert prospects into customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline status using relevant software.
• Participate in trade shows, networking events, and area events to promote services and expand the client base.
• Foster long-term relationships with existing referral sources through regular follow-ups and support.
