Job summary

4US Moving LLC is seeking a Moving Coordinator for a fully remote role, with shifts scheduled in Pacific Time. You will coordinate between sales, dispatch, crews and customers, confirm move details, dispatch crews, and handle delays and changes while keeping customers informed.

This full-time position requires hands-on SmartMoving experience, RingCentral knowledge preferred, and excellent English communication. Expect weekend rotation and a 7-day schedule.

Moving Coordinator

About the Role

Coordinators are the hub between sales, dispatch, crews and customers. You'll confirm move details, build and adjust daily schedules, dispatch crews and drivers, keep customers informed, and handle the changes, delays and curveballs that come with moving in Southern California.

It's a fully remote role working Pacific Time shifts in SmartMoving and RingCentral.

Remote — U.S. · all shifts scheduled in Pacific Time

Full-time · staggered shifts across a 7-day desk, 8 AM–9 PM PT · weekends in rotation

What You'll Do

• Confirm move details, access, parking and special items with customers before move day
• Build and adjust daily crew and truck schedules; dispatch crews and drivers
• Send confirmations, reminders and day-of updates
• Handle reschedules, delays and service issues; Escalate what needs escalating
• Keep job records accurate in SmartMoving; coordinate between sales and operations
• Follow up after the move to close the loop

What We're Looking For

• Professional moving‑industry experience — required for every role at 4US Moving (Coordinator: dispatch, scheduling or coordination at a moving company)
• Hands‑on SmartMoving experience — required
• RingCentral experience preferred (a similar phone platform is fine)
• Excellent written and spoken English; organized and calm when the schedule changes
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace, a computer and headset (bring your own device; we provide the software)
• Available for shifts across our 7-day, 8 AM–9 PM PT desk, including weekends in rotation

Nice to Have

• Dispatch experience at a multi-truck operation
