Job summary

Chipman Relocation & Logistics is seeking a Move Coordinator in Sacramento, CA to manage residential moves end-to-end. You will serve as the primary customer contact, coordinate scheduling, prepare and file documentation, and ensure post-move follow-up.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of office administration/customer service experience.

Responsibilities

Some of the duties will include:

• Coordinate residential moving services
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the moving process
• Maintain high evaluation scores
• Prepare files and documentation as needed
• Register orders in the system (Movers Suite)
• Perform pre-move and post-move calls to customers
