Job summary

4US Moving LLC in Los Angeles is seeking a Moving Foreman to lead residential and commercial moves across Southern California. You will walk customers through the plan, direct the crew on protection and loading, handle paperwork and payment, and ensure a five-star experience from start to finish.

You’ll work at our Downtown Los Angeles depot, coaching Helpers who will eventually lead the job yourself. On-site with early starts, full-time or part-time, and overtime opportunities during peak

Qualifications

• Professional moving-industry experience — required for every role at 4US Moving (Foreman: 2+ years)
• Experience with move-day paperwork: bills of lading, inventories, timekeeping, payment
• Clear, calm customer communication in English
• Able to lift 75+ lbs, climb stairs and work full shifts
• 18 or older, authorized to work in the U.S., reliable transportation to our Downtown Los Angeles depot

Responsibilities

• Lead the customer walkthrough; confirm inventory, scope and special items before work starts
• Direct the crew on wrapping, loading order, truck packing and unloading
• Complete bills of lading, inventory and condition reports, timekeeping and payment collection
• Communicate schedule changes and issues to dispatch and the customer in real time
• Coach Helpers on technique, safety and customer service
• Document damage or incidents accurately the same day

You'll work out of our Downtown Los Angeles depot leading residential and commercial moves across Southern California, and you'll coach the Helpers who will one day have your job.

What We're Looking For

• Able to lift 75+ lbs, climb stairs and work full shifts, with or without reasonable accommodation
• 18 or older, authorized to work in the U.S., reliable transportation to our Downtown Los Angeles depot
