Cinemark USA, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Manager to support theatre operations, train staff, and maintain policy compliance. You will work across departments to ensure excellent guest service and operational standards.

The role offers growth into Senior Assistant Manager and Theatre Manager after completing the Management Accreditation Program. Ideal candidates are at least 18, with a high school diploma or GED and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School or GED preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate in English (verbal and written).

Responsabilités

• Assist in overall theatre operation and ensure policies are followed.
• Cross-trained in all departments to support where needed.
• Train and coach team members in their functions.
• Prepare administrative and special reports for the General Manager.
• Ensure guest service excellence and safe theater operations.
