Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a ServiceNow Consulting Manager to lead AI-enabled transformation programs across user experience, workflows, and governance. You will drive end-to-end design, configuration, testing and deployment with external clients, guiding multi-disciplinary teams and managing risk.

Key focus areas include NOW Assist, Moveworks integrations, and prompt engineering to ensure scalable, compliant solutions aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of ServiceNow experience and 1 year implementing NOW Assist.
• 2–5 years experience with Moveworks platform selling and/or implementing.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI solutions (Now Assist, Agentic, or AI Control Tower).
