NewRocket is hiring a ServiceNow Moveworks Developer & Architect to design, build, and roll out the Moveworks AI Assistant integrated with the ServiceNow AI Platform. You will own solution design, develop agents/plugins in Agent Studio, and guide client teams through discovery to production.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years with ServiceNow across multiple modules and 2+ years in Moveworks, plus 4+ years building REST/SOAP integrations. Strong scripting and AI knowledge are essential.

Formación

• 7+ years implementing, configuring, or developing ServiceNow in 2+ capabilities (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM)
• 2+ years hands-on Moveworks experience: Agent Studio or Creator Studio plugins, AI Assistant configuration
• 4+ years building integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth and other authentication models
• Strong ServiceNow scripting and build skills: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Scripted REST APIs, Flow Designer
• Working knowledge of LLM concepts: prompting, retrieval-augmented generation, agent orchestration
• Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities (Now Assist, AI Agents, Virtual Agent)
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field or equivalent experience

Responsabilidades

• Architect end-to-end solutions combining Moveworks AI with ServiceNow workflows
• Translate IT, HR, and enterprise service use cases into agentic solutions
• Define integration architecture across ServiceNow, Okta/Entra ID, Workday, Teams, Slack, and other SaaS tools
• Set standards for plugin design, authentication, access control, testing, and observability
• Lead design sessions and architecture reviews with client IT and security teams
• Configure, build, test, and optimize Moveworks Agent Studio agents and plugins
• Build the ServiceNow side: Flow Designer, IntegrationHub spokes, REST APIs, Business Rules
• Tune enterprise search and knowledge retrieval for quality, using logs/analytics
• Lead Moveworks workstreams from discovery to deployment; mentor staff
• Help pre-sales teams scope opportunities and present designs to leaders
