Job summary

NewRocket is hiring a ServiceNow Moveworks Developer & Architect to lead the design, build, and rollout of the Moveworks AI Assistant for enterprise customers, integrated end to end with the ServiceNow AI Platform. Location: Remote or Hybrid; Type: Full-time; Travel: 0–25%.

This hands‑on architect role owns solution design, builds agents and plugins, and guides discovery through production, collaborating with NewRocket's AI practice and FlightPath.AI teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years implementing, configuring, or developing ServiceNow in 2+ capabilities (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM).
• 2+ years hands-on Moveworks experience: Agent Studio/Creator Studio plugins or AI Assistant.
• 4+ years building REST/SOAP integrations, OAuth, and cloud‑to‑cloud patterns.
• Strong ServiceNow scripting: Business Rules, Client Scripts, Scripted REST APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder.
• Working knowledge of LLM concepts: prompting, retrieval augmented generation, agent orchestration.
• Client-facing consulting experience, able to explain AI behavior to IT leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Moveworks + ServiceNow solutions with AI governance.
• Translate enterprise use cases into agentic solutions across systems.
• Define integration architecture across ServiceNow, Okta/Entra ID, Workday, Teams/Slack, and other SaaS tools.
• Set standards for plugin design, authentication, access control, testing, and observability.
• Lead design sessions and architecture reviews with client IT, security, and platform teams.
