We are seeking a skilled Moveworks Developer to design, configure, and deploy enterprise‑grade conversational AI solutions using the Moveworks platform. This role combines hands‑on application development with AI assistant configuration and enterprise integrations to deliver seamless end‑to‑end automation across ITSM, HR, and other business domains. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in AI chatbot development, system integrations, and a passion for building intelligent digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure AI‑powered chatbots and digital assistants using the Moveworks platform.
• Integrate Moveworks solutions with enterprise SaaS systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce, and other business applications.
• Develop and optimize REST/JSON APIs for system connectivity, data aggregation, and workflow automation.
• Configure conversation paths, plugins, and bot skills, ensuring accurate NLP intent recognition and high‑quality user experiences.
• Implement testing, monitoring, and analytics to measure bot performance, usage, and response accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (HR, IT, business stakeholders) to gather requirements and deliver impactful AI solutions.
• Document system configurations, provide technical support, and ensure successful rollout and user adoption.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of technical experience, including 1–2 years working with Moveworks or similar conversational AI platforms.
• Proven expertise in REST API development and enterprise application integrations.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with Moveworks‑specific configuration (intents, conversation design, thresholds).
• Integration experience with Workday, ServiceNow, or Salesforce using AI assistants.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Understanding of enterprise security and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in Agile development and DevOps delivery environments.

Certifications
