Job summary

NewRocket is hiring a ServiceNow Moveworks Developer & Architect to lead design, build, and rollout of the Moveworks AI Assistant for enterprise clients, integrated end to end with the ServiceNow AI Platform.

This hands-on architect role owns solution design, builds agents and plugins in Agent Studio, and guides clients and delivery teams from discovery through production, collaborating with AI practice and FlightPath.AI teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years implementing, configuring, or developing ServiceNow in 2+ capabilities (ITSM/HRSD/ITOM/CSM).
• 2+ years Moveworks experience: Agent Studio or Creator Studio.
• 4+ years building integrations with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, MID Server, cloud-to-cloud patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solutions combining Moveworks AI Assistant, Reasoning Engine, and enterprise search with ServiceNow workflows and AI Agents.
• Translate IT/HR use cases into agentic solutions across multiple systems.
• Define integration architecture across ServiceNow, identity platforms, HRIS, collaboration channels, and other SaaS tools.
• Set standards for plugin design, authentication, access control, launch rules, testing, and observability.
• Lead design sessions and architecture reviews with client IT, security, and platform teams.
• Configure, build, test, and optimize Moveworks Agent Studio agents and plugins.
• Build the ServiceNow side: Flow Designer, IntegrationHub spokes, REST APIs, and catalog/knowledge configuration.
• Tune enterprise search and knowledge retrieval; use logs/analytics to troubleshoot.
